Frequently Asked Questions

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. If you qualify, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days after the delivery date. 

Eligibility requirements: 

• You've purchased the item within 30 days. 
• The item is unaltered and in perfect condition. 
• The book is signed with a signature only, or it is unsigned.  
• You've ordered too many.
• The book arrived with severe damage, or it has missing pages. 

You do not qualify for a refund if: 

• Your purchase date exceeds 30 days.
• The book has a personalized message.
• Minor blunting on the edges due to mishandling during shipping.

PLEASE CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE BOOK UPON RECEIVING IT. 

Please contact us if the book does not arrive in the condition you expected. Understand that books handled through the postal service may be subject to minor edge blunting. Although we do our best to package your book carefully, this is out of our control after it leaves us. If the damage is excessive, we will replace it. 

Shipping fees are NOT refunded.  

Please print out the Shipping Confirmation email you received after the item(s) shipped. Include your order number on the outside of the box. Contact us via the contact form for return address information. Although we typically reply in a few hours, please allow 24-48 hours for a response. 

This policy applies to paperbacks purchased on this site only. If purchased from a 3rd party, please contact the store where you purchased the book. For print-on-demand, please get in touch with Amazon. If your packing slip or Shipping Confirmation e-mail is unavailable, the original form of payment must be presented.  

Please Note: If you used PayPal to complete your order, your refund will be credited back to your PayPal account.

We currently ship on Saturdays (subject to change). However, please bear in mind that weather conditions and/or holidays may impact shipping days.

Yes. Items are shipped via USPS, and tracking numbers are included.

No, at this time we do not ship overseas. However, we do ship to Canada. We also ship to United States territories (ex: Guam, etc.)

As an independent publisher, you will not see us on the shelves of any big book stores without your help. They need to know there is a demand before they will take a chance on hosting our books, and, unfortunately, our assurances aren't enough.

If you want to see us on those shelves, please ask them to stock us by name.
