These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of unquiettombpress.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by Unquiet Tomb Press, L.L.C. ("Unquiet Tomb Press," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Mature Content

Unquiet Tomb Press publishes dark fiction, horror, and gothic and supernatural work intended for mature readers, and our catalog contains graphic and adult themes. All of our works are fiction. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.

Orders and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We make every effort to describe and price our products accurately, but errors can occur; we reserve the right to correct any error and to refuse or cancel an order, including after it has been placed. Payments are processed through GoDaddy and its supported payment processors, including PayPal. We do not store your full payment-card details.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price plus any applicable taxes, issued to your original form of payment, for items returned within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.

To return an item, print the Shipping Confirmation email you received when your order shipped, write your Order Number on the outside of the box, and contact us through our form Contact | Unquiet Tomb Press. We typically reply within a few hours, but please allow 24–48 hours for a response. If your packing slip or Shipping Confirmation email is unavailable, the original form of payment must be presented. If you paid through PayPal, your refund will be credited to your PayPal account.

This policy applies to paperbacks and materials purchased on this Site. For print-on-demand titles or items purchased through another retailer, please contact the reseller.

Digital Products

E-books, audiobooks, and other digital products are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use, not sold. You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute them. Because digital products are delivered immediately, all sales are final once delivery has begun, except where a file is defective or a refund is required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including our books, the Unquiet Universe and its characters and lore, cover and interior art, blog and craft articles, logos, and page design — is owned by Unquiet Tomb Press, our authors, or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it, or use it to train any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system, without our written permission.

Custom creative work we produce for a client — including writing, artwork, and formatting — is owned by the client under the terms of that engagement. We do not claim ownership of materials a client submits to us or commissions from us.

Services

Unquiet Tomb Press offers professional services, including publishing, ghostwriting, editing, cover and interior design, branding, and copyright and ISBN registration. Service descriptions and any prices shown on the Site are general information; the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for your project are confirmed in a written agreement between you and Unquiet Tomb Press before work begins, and that agreement governs the engagement. We are not attorneys, and nothing on the Site is legal advice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, infringe anyone's rights, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, or harvest content from it by automated means.

Third-Party Links and Platforms

The Site links to and relies on third-party services, including retailers, social platforms, payment processors, and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your dealings with them are governed by their terms.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site and everything on it are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unquiet Tomb Press is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service at issue.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date, and your continued use of the Site means you accept them.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
